Gonna be a short one

I really do enjoy getting my exercise in, even if I don't always want to get started, and I usually do it first thing before the little ones get today I started off with my usual 30 Day Shred, because I am a lunatic, but later, at the end of the day, I decided to add in one of the Spark exercise videos just for fun (fun? really?) -

I just want to let it be known that a five-year-old having grand adventures with his bristleblocks behind you does nothing for your focus, and plie squat-jumps are much more animated when a tiny two-year-old is trying to dart through the tunnel while imitating a train whistle. Loudly. Admittedly, it probably was great fun for any passers-by. I am going to have to start shutting the blinds. Sheesh.

And yes, I *did* finish. Train whistles and all.
