I went to work today, and we were really busy. I worked a long shift, 9 am to 5 pm. Now I'm tired and ready for bed. My muscles are pretty soar too, but I did get a walk in as well. It was 53 degrees here, but the wind was blowing pretty wildly. Glad it's not the ice and snow that the rest of the country is getting. I don't think we'll get it though, unless it's in southern Vermont.
I stayed under the 2000 calorie mark today. I've done my reading, and a little bit of housework this morning before I went into bed. I did some reading over my lunch hour, and a little walking then. Haven't done any writing yet.
My goals for Friday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
