My assignment: My progress the past month and my goals for this month.
In November 2013 I:
ran 90.22 miles,
swam 10K, or 6.2 miles,
stayed in my calorie range for 29 of the 30 days (guess which I went over? yup, that’s right.),
lost 7 pounds,
returned to a “normal” BMI,
resumed my Iron Strength Workout for Runners.
In December 2013 I have goals to:
sign up for the Palm Springs Half Marathon,
run 100 miles,
swim 8.8K (over 4 Saturdays, the day I swim),
stay in my calorie range at least 28 days, who knows--maybe 29?
lose at least 4 pounds,
keep up with my Iron Strength Workout on a weekly basis (4 times).
On Sunday 15 December, G*d willing, I expect to reach a special goal for 2013. Wonder what that could be?
