I know. It's not Saturday yet. But I'm not willing to put this change in my daily goals until Sunday.
I've had to face a reality to day. I've met the "letter" of my goals for the past week, but not the "spirit".
So I'm switching things up to meet the spirit of my daily goals as well. Starting tomorrow. Plus I'm giving it an extra week to keep working on them
My goals for this week are:
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Eat at least 3 servings of freggies daily
Track every bite of food on sparkpeople
And the addition to these to help me meet the spirit of these goals, not just the letter - to do them all by noon EVERY DAY. Or at least by the time I finish my lunch (by 1pm that day). Any later and it doesn't count.
I am also not going to let everything else that I have to do to move this mountain in front of me overwhelm me this week.
I am stressed out. Running might help. I'm not going to compromise these goals because of running though. If I run, that's simply a bonus. Period.
