This Weeks Progress - or lack there of :(

I can't believe how poorly I'm doing. I just finished tracking my food for today. Once again I'm over my calories.
Okay, I know. I promised myself I would not care as long as I stuck to this weeks goals.
eat 3 servings of freggies.
I still have time to get my water in today
I will have had two servings of freggies, but not my 3. I guess I can easily fix that. Get out a banana. lol
I am tracking every thing. That's why I know I'm eating way over my calories every day.
I realized something today. If I get in my water and freggies early enough in the day, I don't go over my calories as badly throughout the day.
So I guess technically, I've been meeting the "letter" of my goals, but not the "spirit" of them.
But one of my main goals was to not let everything else I have in front of me to tackle this mountain get me down.
I've met the goals I've laid out. Yes, I need one more serving of freggies today - easy enough to do.
I'll go fill my water bottle right now, and make sure I get in all 8 glasses.
And I won't let the high calories today get me too down.
I think I've found my next thing to work on next week. I'm going to try to meet the spirit of my goals. Same goals, but to meet them before noon every day. That will keep me from using the loophole I found this week.
