Road to Me!

Thursday, December 05, 2013

Soooo here we go... Day 1. I gotta start somewhere and this is more of a mental day for me to realize its time to get back on the healthy horse!!!

I have been struggling on getting motivated and moving. I do eat within reason most of the time but just found so many excuses to start tomorrow or Monday and the tomorrow or Monday AFTER that! Well today is my tomorrow and my Monday! I am just ready to change things around!!! I have been very active in my life and feel right now at the fantastic and lovely age of 44 (in my snarky voice) I am not going to allow my age to command my mood! I need to fix this and turn the switch to ON!!!

soooooo...... its GO TIME!!!!

My only goals for today is to eat within my calories, log it all in and go for a 2 mile walk/run outside in the gorgeous, sunny cool AZ weather!!! I have no excuse of snow or dreaded wintery temperatures!! ;)

Happy Thursday Lovies!!!
