5. I frequently choose junk food over healthier options.
I have made progress in that I now don't eat as much in one sitting as I used to of those unhealthy options as I once did. I really don't want my stomach to revolt and feel gross like it used to all the time in the past. I am much more mindful of that now. Though I know that the healthier options make me feel good physically and emotionally, I still avoid them to choose the empty calorie choice. I have become much more thoughtful when trying to make a choice, but still don't choose the better option. This next few days I will try to make the healthier choice at least a couple more times during the day.
