(Yes, I have an excel sheet for this. Don't judge me) 4.6 lbs lost, 8.25 in gone, 1.44 lbs muscle gained and 6.04 lb fat went bye bye. Which apparently looks like a little bit more than this
Seriously, seriously cannot complain. Sure, I pushed and sweat and drooled (yes) and almost destroyed my computer monitor in the 30 days since, but the results have been delivered.
I did start Ripped in 30 today. I'm realizing that I'll be leaving just as I end level 3 of it which leaves a last 6 days which I'm not sure I'll be able to pull off when I get in. I'm scheduled to arrive Christmas day (yes, I am spending the holiday on a plane) and getting married 2 days after that (hopefully I'm not so jet lagged that I misspell my name, lol). My fiance says that I should be able to find 25 minutes per day to sneak off and work out even with all the merrymaking.
I hope he's right. I'd really like to finish it even if I do take a couple days off to get settled first. But I've also accepted that if I can't, I'll eventually redo the whole Ripped workout to finish it properly. I don't want to pick back up level 4 if I've spent too long after level 3 without so my muscles don't scream. A couple days, sure. A week, no.
Btw, Ripped in 30? I'll get back to you with a reaction when my muscles are talking to me again.
