I have been lacking motivation for fitness lately. Oh, I have kept my fitness streak alive by still doing at least 120 minutes of intentional fitness every day, but it has tended to be lower intensity than this time last year. So, what's a girl to do to get that mojo back?
Get a gadget!
I ordered the Spark activity tracker as an early Christmas present to myself. It came in the afternoon mail today, and I got it synced this evening. Set up was simple and fast. That is good since I am technology challenged. I wore it for my evening walk with the dog. It worked the way it was supposed to . I like the clip on it, as it seems very secure on whatever I clip it to. I got paranoid about losing the cheap little pedometer I was using, because it kept falling off. Now, here is hoping that this new gadget will help get me moving more vigorously. It can't hurt, right?
