Embrace your weakness

Wednesday, December 04, 2013

Everyone should determine their own strengths, weaknesses and use them to follow their passions to the best of their ability. In fact the most successful individual is the one who follows a path that puts both the individual's strength and weakness to use, for one is severely limited by avoidance of one's weakness, while one grows in distinction by merging the strengths with the weaknesses to obtain an unique and stronger personality.

One of my favorite motivational sayings is "If it doesn't challenge you, it can't change you" and I think of my weaknesses as "challenges" that will help me change over the course of time. emoticon

You are so right - understanding your vulnerabilities is the first, biggest step in meeting the challenges they present. Mastering a vulnerability means embracing weakness!
