BTW - 3rd day back on track

I know, I don't dare speak up, with only 3 days (this time) under my belt, cuz sure as shooting, something will come up....duh.... lights on, we're going for lunch out tomorrow with our book club..... I'll sit by the WW lady and get her to order for me... shouldn't be too hard, soup and sandwich...Have been eating really well, as I always do when I get back on track..... but gotta get my exercise and water back up to par.

Three of us walked 4500 steps this am in our Heart & Stroke Walk.... Very drizzly and we talked more than we walked...

I went shopping this afternoon, before the storm came, spent $35 at Super Store and I used my rain cheque, so I got 4 pork roasts, 1 whole salmon, pkg of 4 smokies, pkg of mini smokies, bananas, bread, ginger jam, 2 green peppers, two 4-pk of greek yogurt, 30 pk of Splenda Hazelnut sweetner, and probably some other stuff, but I was impressed with my bargain hunting... And I didn't even get to use my Student 10% off because that is just on Tuesday... next week.... They have a deal with the store next week, if you spend $100 you will get $20 in points, wouldn't you know it, they only have eggs on sale..... Bummer!

Brekkie - egg salad, wasa krisp
Lunch - homemade soup, yogurt
Snack - banana
Supper - dirty rice (lots of celery, onions, mushrooms), Pizelle cookies, greek yogurt
Snack - SF apple cider, tea, prunes
Snack - veggie bag, FF dip, turkey patty, apple

And, wait for it..... I walked 2 miles with Leslie and the WATP gang tonite.....YES!!!!

    You're doing great! Do you keep track of the money you save using coupons, etc.? I got into the habit awhile ago. I haven't added this year's up yet and am anxious to see my total.
