It is sooooo hard to only weigh myself once a week! I'm dying to see if I've already lost my damn pound! I've been walking that extra mile and a half and reducing the calories, so barring increase in muscle mass, the scale should be my friend. Four years ago, I got to the point where I would weigh myself several times a day. That really was obsessive. It's good that I can stay off the fool thing even days at a time, let alone a whole week! Saturday is my weigh-in.
