I think I joined this challenge! I'm not sure where to check in, but I'm on track for my goal.
My goal: To enjoy the holidays more by stressing less!
Action Plan: Plan each evening for the next day, then review each morning.
I came up with a sheet I print out each day. I have what I want to do daily, and then the top 5 to 6 things I want to accomplish that day. So far so good! It's just a simple thing, "but by small and simple things great things come to pass"! I began on November 22nd and it has been so satisfying to check off and have that satisfaction by the end of the day that I have made progress.
It works for me!
