I am in a lull from one of my jobs until January so that makes me a professional house wife! Despite one job I do 15 hours a week. Yesterday I finally started painting our upstairs bedroom. The biggest chunk is the stairwell going up to the bedroom which is pretty steep. I may have fallen down the stairs yesterday... Today I need to some detailing. Most of the room is gonna be a huge pain since it has all kinds shelving I gotta take down to paint behind. This is why you paint before you move in huh? I am used to being so busy and always on the go. Painting is hard work, I always forget that.
Vicki and I finally got a picture in our matching swimsuits yesterday. We ordered them from a grab bag deal on swim outlet, we are even wearing the exact same size. She has been my consistent workout buddy for 4.5 years. So nice to have someone who loves water, dancing and lifting!
I weighed 160.6 this morning! I got my number back finally yay!!! Sometimes it's nice to have a holiday of eating horribly and then you feel all motivated to hit the gym and eat good to make up for it. I haven't really had any motivation to run lately. Scott pretty much took the year off running as well. He is thinking of doing an ultra 1 day before his birthday. 34 mile trail run sounds like my idea of hell. But hey he wants to have something HUGE under his belt before his 30th birthday. I like when he's exercising. The day after Thanksgiving my gym had a free day for anyone to try it. I tried to get him to come with me and he said "I am on vacation!". He needs an event in the future or he just doesn't care to exercise. I used to be like that but now I feel like, exercise makes me feel good. That's the end point right there! Feeling good!
My dance teacher is back but only teaching at 5 am 4 days a week. I went on Monday and I was starving to death all day. No matter what I ate I felt empty. Which is not a good combined with staying home doing house projects since I could be at the fridge 40 times a day. Maybe just once a week. More than that will send me in a tailspin. I am not sure why ppl like working out that early. I guess it's nice to be done for the day. Or if you have little ones and it's your only free time. But I usually feel hungry and sluggish when I work out that early. I am definately an evening exerciser or mid day.
