Healthy Habits

Today be healthy or not to be that is the question..... I have been out of control with my eating and have no motivation to exercise. How to get back into it. I guess in the words of my daughters sneakers "just do it". Today I am focusing on portion size. I need to drink more water. I have up soda in October, I haven't wanted it which is cool. This time when I decided to quit soda, I didn't think of it as a loss but a step forward. I even went out to eat with family filled my drink with soda then dumped it out and got a iced tea. Steps forward. Now on to portion size.....
