Well as the year is ending I am making my Dec Goals....
1) Drink more water
2) Eat healthy
3) Get my steps in daily at least 10000 steps
4) Stay away from all Sugar
5) Track everything I eat and Do
6) Wake up with a smile every day
7) Hug my kids and say I love you
8) Make time for hubby
9) Have me time at least 20 mins worth
10) Log into spark people daily and post
