I am doing great with my workouts but no so great with eating habits. Although I managed to not to overindulge in Thanksgiving, I have been eating a few things that are bad for my health and weight lost. I am getting back on track now, as I write. I have to stay focused on my goals. I am starting the new year 15 pounds lighter.
