Let the healing begin.
Today we closed a chapter and hopefully we've begun to write a new chapter. Now we must let go of the past in order to bring on the future. Mistakes have been made and hopefully we've all learned something.

I have been doing pretty well with my logging of food. I took a few days off from the gym last week, for many reasons. This week however it's back to the grind and I am already exhausted hahaha. Up two hours earlier than normal each day is going to take some getting used to. To the gym, work, home, walk the dog etc etc. Similar to most people's lives I am sure. It does feel nice to be at the gym again..I am very happy that I rejoined.

Well it seems to be bedtime.!
