600 grams down! Back on track now.
Finally, feeling better this week. Restarted with exercising Monday, did a Walk away the Pounds, really enjoy those videos - great for when it's rainy outside or too early in the morning. Need to get back into Insanity.
I'm still not into drinking water. It's not so bad with a cut lemon add, but I'm still not a fan. I just need to drink it. I didn't buy any diet soda with this weeks groceries so all we have is water or soy milk - kind of an incentive to drink the water.
