9. What supports do you need in your life to help you reach your short- or medium-term goal or challenge? Do you have those supports? What undermines you in reaching your goals? How do you use those supports to your advantage? How do you work around those things that undermine you?
WellÖIíve got my workout room with my treadmill, mats, weights, tv/dvd player and a ton of workout dvdís (read variety of workouts to choose from), as well as the gym Iíve belonged to since it opened some 4 years ago, the Beachbody site, the SparkPeople site with all my teams, Facebook with a lot of folks I know from the gym and Beachbody as Facebook friends, my friends and family. I have more support than I use that is for sure. I suppose my day to day strategy is to be on a schedule that allows me to get a workout in and eat properly. Itís kind of simple like that, but I need to hone in on some weight loss. I fell off the wagon for motivation in my weight loss because I got on a baking kickÖfor about a year. That was fun. Now itís over and Iím more on a protein kick. Kicks are fun when they are health kicks. Focusing on protein instead of baking is way more conducive to weight loss. That is for sure!
There isnít anyone in particular that undermines me anymore. I have a couple of friends that all they want to do is eat out and I just donít go anymore. I like to cook.
