baby motivation

Tuesday, December 03, 2013

I know it's really hard to stay motivated sometimes. And superficial goals don't always work after a certain point, because they can seem so far off. I had a year check up yesterday and my doctor has decided to keep me off of hormonal birth control for a long time since the mirena messed with me so much. Meanwhile, I've developed some major baby fever. However, due to issues with my first pregnancy I don't feel comfortable TTC at my current weight and health level. So my BIG motivator right now is getting healthy for when we do try. I'm turning my baby fever into "getting healthy fever" since that's what I really want in the long term!

Good job on setting that goal! I was having baby fever and wanted to get healthy too before we TTC but we just found out we are now going to be having another baby come August and I'm still on track!

Much luck on your getting healthy fever! emoticon

Oh so nice! I am no longer able to have a baby, but I still find myself getting baby fever now and again...but I MOST CERTAINLY have contracted, 'getting healthy fever'! I wish you success in both endeavors!!

Good job setting a goal! And knowing your body and striving for what you feel comfortable with!

Baby fever is such a wonderful thing to have. Saying a prayer than you will get the healthy fever and carry that over into a safe pregnancy
