Back on November 4 I set some lofty goals to complete before I leave for my Christmas vacation on Dec 20. I was doing quite well until I got sidelined with a nasty attack of shingles two weeks ago. For those two weeks I did very little physical activity so consequently I am seriously behind on my goals My goals were as follows:
Complete 1125 squats
Complete 1125 table pushups
Complete at least 500,000 steps as per my fitbit
Complete at least 450 flights of stairs.
Today with 18 days left I still need to complete 640 squats
640 table pushups
237 flights of stairs.
I am still pushing to complete my goals. I can do it by increasing my steps to 15,000 per day and my stairs to 14 per day. Here is to giving it my best shot.
