Have not started back on the treadmill yet, but planning to. Finally got the room cleared out so I just need to push myself to start. I know I used to feel better when I did get on it. Planning on watching what I eat more. Seems foods can trigger RA, foods that are processed and fried are bad.
Started back selling on Ebay (purple0906) so we shall see how that goes. Also looking for a part time job for nites and weekends.

    The treadmill is a good idea and yes, you will feel better for the endorphins you release when you exercise. emoticon
