New month new outlook

So it is a brand new month last month I learned a lot that some habits never die but I'm ready for this month. I have learned my lesson it is a long road and it never ends. This is a life style this is not a well you reached a goal now you can cheat no you can't. So my goals for this month are simple and easy.

1. Track everything good bad or indifferent

2. Cut back on TV

3. Cut back on Diet soda.

4. No late snacking

5. Eat breakfast no more skipping

So those are my goals.

Everybody have a great month we can do this.

    Love ya Jules and I know you are getting closer to your ultimate goals. We learn from our mistakes. Have a very successful and joyful month and if you don't make it happen this time you get to do it again in 2014! It's not all or nothing!! emoticon emoticon It's the climb that's important, not how fast you get there or what waiting on the other side! (Sorry this is too cliche but it is most fitting).

Thanks for your sweet comment about my camera shy photo! I wish it was less contribed but we do love each other very much and that's the best part. I love you too!! emoticon

    Sounds good!

Do you just not like breakfast, or do you not have time? If it's a time problem maybe something you can make the night before & just grab would be good. Think outside the box, too. If you don't like breakfast foods you can have a sandwich! :)
