So it is a brand new month last month I learned a lot that some habits never die but I'm ready for this month. I have learned my lesson it is a long road and it never ends. This is a life style this is not a well you reached a goal now you can cheat no you can't. So my goals for this month are simple and easy.
1. Track everything good bad or indifferent
2. Cut back on TV
3. Cut back on Diet soda.
4. No late snacking
5. Eat breakfast no more skipping
So those are my goals.
Everybody have a great month we can do this.
