Was playing with my new ww calculator yesterday and suddenly realised I’d been eating 32 points/day when it should have been 31! Good job I had some spare…
Finished the honey yesterday, so now custard is the only sugar I’m having each day. Was gonna try and give that up next week but have decided to give it up on Thursday when we go grocery shopping. From then I’ll just be having sugar on 1 day a week. Have been looking into what I might have instead of custard and have decided to give the Sainsbury’s Be Good To Yourself crème fraiche a go.
I’m also gonna try a few different soups which are less calorific and cheaper too. If I don’t like the taste I’ll go back to what I had before.
Have been wondering what to have as a Sunday night snack, but have decided to be strong and not snack, but just get myself a milky coffee as soon as I get in. There’s something about going out and then getting back in again that makes me want to eat. I need to turn that want to eat into a want to drink milky coffee!
Didn’t really want to go for a walk yesterday but determined to complete my 2 week challenge to exercise 50 minutes/day and stay within my WeightWatchers points. So I did my virtual spark 5k walk. With my newly discovered stop watch! 57 minutes 55 seconds! :-) An improvement on my previous times of 61, 60 and 60 minutes. It is tempting to forget I’m timing myself and just enjoy the walk. And I noticed everytime I started going up hill I started going slower but I kept telling myself “keep up the pace!” So I’m now doing 18.6 miles/minute! Woohoo! And I just realised that if I continue to do 50 minutes/day through December I could get a 1500 December fitness minutes trophy! :-)
Beck Day 9 is all about exercise which I think I have under control at the mo, however I will take the stairs instead of the escalator in shops in future.
