KRISTINE99 I just dusted off my scale. I hadn't weighed myself in months (not surprisingly, the number went up). But now I am determined to make it a daily habit to weigh myself in the morning. I wish I could just limit it to once a week, but knowing me I'd put it off if I didn't make it a daily habit.
P.S. Just had to come back & share that I actually lost .2 pounds over Thanksgiving --- I weigh tomorrow morning to see if I have lost more over the last two weeks. I so enjoy seeing what the scale has to say; however, I go more by just knowing I am eating right & exercising (although I certainly could benefit from a bit more exercise.) 1001 days ago
Yeah! I, too, braved the scale and stayed the same.......wish it would have went down a pound as I have worked hard this week but I will happily take a "stuck" scale sometimes....as long as it doesn't go up! I am happy! Good job! So happy for you!
