Two Weeks Post Cruise

Just a quick post to keep myself accountable with my post cruise weight. Still not where I was prior to the cruise, but since I celebrated two holidays with alot of yummy food and weigh below goal, I can breathe a sigh of relief. A few more weeks and we are almost through it.
Added some intensity to my exercise routine with some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on the treadmill. First learned about it from my daily check in friend, Maree. So, I read an article about it and I love it! I am still a beginner, but I have added it to my daily treadmill workout three times per week. It really gets the heart rate going and I feel like I am using my time more efficiently by burning more calories in a shorter period of time.
