I have Costochondritis. it is inflamed cartilage in the chest and is super painful. I have not strength trained my arms or abs since the second week in July. KILLING ME. My cardio is barely existent these days because even breathing heavy aggravates my chest.
That being said, I am staying positive and doing a lot of work on my legs
This is a great time to focus on my nutrition since I cannot focus on working out. (I am still going to the gym, even if I have to talk on the treadmill to keep up the routine). So my goals are to track calories everyday and to not binge at night! I go nuts after dinner. So far I am 1 for 1 :) Whoot! My "treat" tonight was a glass of hot chocolate while watching The Santa Claus.
So right now I am 155.5 (yes this is a lower weight than the summer, but I know I lost muscle so I am not happy about this).
