Today's Elf for Health Challenge is to take a minute and write a note to someone. Of course I chose my hubby:)

Today's workouts were great!!
Spin and weights
Turbo Jam and abs
Pup walk
I cannot remember the last time I had that much energy on a school day. On a Monday...on a Monday after break!
I am really hoping this trend continues:)
I forgot how much fun Turbo Jam is. I did the Punch, Kick and Jab video which I have not done in years:) I also realized I have two more 45 minute Turbo Fire videos so I will not have to repeat a Monday workout:) That is some serious motivation for my boot camp:)
All eats are tracked as well:)
Hoping tomorrow is just as awesome as today!
