I keep falling off Spark, but December Goals looking towards January

I feel like I am never able to stay up to date on Spark. I want to make it more of a point to do it during the day for inspiration, but I keep forgetting.
Life is crazy, that much is still true. That said, I have decided its easier to be seen as a...witch...than go crazy myself. So, I have delegated, adjusted, and maneuvered to make my life as smooth as possible. It actually has worked pretty well. The secondary office I am helping out at wraps up in 3 weeks, and I have managed to get it sorted enough that it isn't overwhelming. My normal office is starting to fall into place while I train up those around me in my style. These changes have made life more manageable, and I have started getting the rest of my non-work life in order.
My goal is to track 6 out of 7 days of the week. I have really slacked off doing that, so hopefully I can get back on track towards weight loss if I really buckle down on this.
Strength training is still my corner stone of my getting healthy plan. I have done so much better once I started incorporating it in. I am currently working on my simply shredded routine, so 4 days of weight training a week- easy enough to accomplish, and flexible enough to get done in the week.
For my workout program, I will plan on doing cardio 2-4 times a week. At least 10-15 minute of HIIT training, and then 15-30 minutes of moderate activity.
If I am able to do all of these things, I would love to be neat 180 by 1/1/14.
Those are my main goals. I am going to continue to work on sleep and water, but starting small. Hope everyone had a great holiday, and a good start to December
