After our hike to MIL' s on Thanksgiving, that "tickle" in my knee came back around. Been able to stabilize it and it is healing, no jogging for the moment. Yay. Stuck between use it or lose it. New goals for the last week of our fall challenge:
1) knee recovery - rest
2) ab and arm strengthening
3) juice meal replacement (at least one a day) for three days
4) go "glamping" this week on our boat
