Sleep Challenge Insomnia-Busters

The 3 "insomnia-busters" I'm focusing on are not eating crazy before bed, napping only 20 mins a day if I do, and writing down my thoughts and to dos in a journal so not to worry all night.

    I try to be in bed by 10 pm, 11 at the latest.
