Starting the Sleep Challenge again. Going to finish this time.
My goals are to get a min of 8 hours a night and to sleep through without waking up during those hours. I also plan to bring my 4 hour naps during the day down to 20 minutes.
10 outta 10 on the sleep quiz. Glad I know the stuff, wish I could just follow it now.
