I think this winter instead of the "Long Winter's Nap" I am going to make it a exercise journey. For the months of Dec/Jan/Feb I am going to challenge myself to exercise more. Not that I did much before. No fooling myself. Time to do it. I didn't have to work Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun and I got out and walked each day (except Thursday) It was really nice to get outside, cold to start but warmed up and hot when I finished.
So I am going to continue what I started. I already have my week set up. I walk run with Hubby and Girlfriends so we can catch up. Today I am walking when I get home, tomorrow I have a long work day and will not get out so I will use it to transition to AM workouts on Wed/Thur/Fri. Sounds like a plan!
Come join me for december and keep pushing me to get out there - always can use come company. What did you do today?
