I have noticed that I struggle with wanting to eat after I come home from church on a Sunday evening, so I have started a new habit. Instead of eating my pudding straight after my evening meal, Iím saving it for when I get home after church. However, as Iím giving up sugar for 6 days out of 7 soon (12th dec), this isnít going to work for long. I will have to find a little something I can treat myself to and save especially for Sunday evenings.
I felt much better yesterday. Still within ww points, and did a 70 minute walk.
Day 8 of Beck is all about arranging your routine so that you have time for all the things you need to do to diet successfully. Well I (theoretically, although it certainly doesnít feel like it) have plenty of time at the moment, as Iím not working. However, I am concerned that, should I get the job I applied for, I will all of a sudden not have the time I need, to do what I have to do to continue to lose weight, so Iím in the process of planning a schedule as if I have the job already. :-)
Discovered a stop watch in the drawer at the weekend, so my next virtual 5k spark walk can be timed in minutes and seconds! :-)
