December's here and I wanted to set some goals.
1. Do the SG weekly challenges to the best of my ability, they help me stay focused and keep me from making the wrong decisions.
2. Log my food!
3. Get 5 workouts done each week, a combination of 30 minute briskwalking and ST DVDs. Plan on getting out in the neighborhood to admire the Christmas lights.
4. Limit my sweets, saying no to extra sugar. Tis the season for it, so I need to not indulge.
