This is going to be short and sweet. As of today I'm going back to doing exactly what I did when I first started my journey. I had nobody in my ear telling me what I should and shouldn't do to lose weight. I just did me.
I'm going back to no weigh ins/ no measurements, tracking what I eat, only drinking water, and working out 2-3 times a day ( at least until next semester). When I did this I loss weight easy because I never worried about a number.
Anyway here are my starting pics. I'll take pics every month until May
