My goals for this month are pretty simple.
Drink at least 80oz of water per day if not more
Decorate the house for the holiday before the 16th
Find a way to get in extra steps each day
I would like to lose at least 2lbs but really I would be happy to maintain this year. Ideally I would lose 8lbs this month.
I'm starting a new job tomorrow and I really have no idea what life will be like between work, pt, and preparing for Christmas as well as birthdays this month. I'm hoping not to go to crazy trying to balance things. I have never worked a straight shift job and have always had the freedom to take care of these things during the workday but now, not so much. I will be okay. I will be okay. It will all workout for our good.
