quick check in: loss for week, paleo treats, rest day

today's quickie check in
down 5 lbs total this week - can't expect to maintain this rate of loss and wouldn't want to but is great for my first week back to proper eating :) I know, I know it's likely fluid but hey, the psychological effect of a kickstart like this can't be beat ...
today made paleo brownies using pumpkin puree and almond flour ... they are surprisingly yummy however I won't be making treats like this often as I seriously just want to eat the entire tray. I struggle with treats and moderation so it's best that I just avoid the treats :P
today supposed to be my "rest" day ... on rest days I like to go for walks. Heading to a local trail with my teenaged daughter in about 5 minutes for todays walk :) my muscles are very sore from Friday night's card WOD
tomorrow I hope to hit my crossfit box sometime during the day and possible an hour of public skating to help break in my skates.
