December already?! Where in the world has this year gone?! Wow! I just can't believe we're already almost at another year's end. Crazy. Hope everyone likes my updated profile design. Tried to get in the holiday season with my page. Also put up my Christmas trees yesterday. Here are some pictures.

The big tree during the day

The big tree at night

And both of my trees at night

Not too much horribly new to report on this end. We went up to my mother in law's house for Thanksgiving. Ate my heart out, but not to the point I was sick like I've done all my other Thanksgivings, surprisingly enough. Although I did definitely overdose on the rolls. I am such a roll fiend. Love them. And that's a huge problem because gluten gives me awful heartburn and other uncomfortable digestive issues. I need to find a gluten free roll recipe, lol. And I'm sure by now you can tell my mood is better. And it is. I'm finally out of the psychotically hormonal crap finally. Monday came and what I've been trying to get going FINALLY went! Thank goodness! Granted it was miserable as hell, but now it's finally over and now I can feel more comfortable for a few weeks....I hope... Now that I'm finally feeling better I'm going to give things yet another go. I know that losing the flab will certainly help out a lot on most if not all of my issues, so I've really got to get that one going. Have this meal plan set up this week to help flush out the sugar and gluten out of my system as well as save us a ton of money since we don't have much for groceries this week. Spent too much eating out because I was too busy being exhausted and in excruciating pain to cook or do anything. So we'll see how this one goes. I guess quitting cold turkey will be slightly easier since we're both in between paychecks and are dead broke. I also got some Sensa stuff. I'm sure some of you have seen the commercials. My boss bought some thinking it would help her lose weight, but after she bought it, found out that it has milk and other dairy stuff in it, so she can't use it since she's off the wall lactose intolerant and thought I'd like to give it a try. It's interesting, to be sure. It has absolutely NO TASTE until you put it on something, and then it changes with whatever you're eating. For example, if I put it on some cucumbers and hard boiled eggs, there's a faint onion taste added to it. It's weird, but cool. So I'm going to keep giving that a try while I have the supplies and see what happens on that, as well.

Now, seeing as it's the first Sunday of the month, that meant it was time for the big weigh in again. Got on the scale, took and calculated all of my measurements. I even updated my spark people weight goals because I haven't changed that since June. Nothing really changed except for my starting weight and goal date on that end. I also went ahead and took pictures. I HATE pictures, but I figure since I think I've finally found some mojo again, I want to see any and all progress as I go. I look like crap cuz I'm in pajamas and doing selfies in the mirror, but oh well. Now, I'm mildly confused on how my measurements changed at all this month the way that they have. It really doesn't make any sense to me. The best I can figure is that the Sensa that I had used this week helped or the fact that the evil thing finally cooperated with me or both that there were changes. I barely exercised all month and my eating wasn't all that great, either. So I have no idea. But anyway, I'm gonna post all that stuff real quick and then close this out. Tons to do today. Take care, everyone! emoticon emoticon
