.. my december goals ..

My #1 goal is to become an active participant in my life. To not just read and think and plan to diet and exercise and live healthy, but to DO IT. Not to just pin 100 healthy meal plans, but to actually make some of those meals! To become accountable for my weight loss and my health, and to work on accepting that no matter what has happened to me in the past, as of this day, I have to let it all go and claim responsibility for my own life!!

.. December Goals ..
1.) To COMPLETELY stop drinking pop or any other carbonated beverages.

2.) To achieve a minimum of 10 physical fitness minutes every day and a minimum of 30 minutes any 4 days of the week.

3.) To gradually begin to clean the kitchen from top to bottom. Reorganizing and prioritizing as I go... getting the bad stuff out and bringing in the good. Making the kitchen a space I WANT to be in and not avoid.

4.) To get my new blog going and to post a minimum of 3 times per week.

5.) To cook one new, healthy recipe per week.

6.) To lessen the amount of bad for you foods that I {and my Darling Husband, Captain America} bring into our home.

7.) To start actively looking for a church that Captain America and I can attend.

8.) Make a vision board.

9.) Have a romantic date night with Captain America at least twice per month.

10.) Pray more.
