Jog
Power Jacks
Log Jumps
123-123
Butt Kicks
High Knees
Vertical Jumps

Yoga Stretch

Power Jumps = 12/09 but didn't track anything (12/1 = 13, 20, 22 / Feb 18 = 10, 12, 14)
Belt Kicks = 16, 22, 22 (20, 20. 20)
Hit the Floor = 20, 20, 22 (10, 12, 14)
V Push ups = 10, 10, 12 (10, 12, 12)
in 3rd Round Add:
Tricep Dips = 20 (20)
One Legged Tricep Dips= 10x2 (10 x2)
Forward Tricep Dips = 6 (5 ~ very hard)

Water Break

Hurdle Jumps = 13, 16,
Globe Jumps = 4, 4, 4
Moving Push ups = 10, 8, 8
Floor Sprints (aka Mtn Climbers)
After 3rd Round, small water break then add:
8 Hop Squats, 8 Push ups = 4
