Christmas is my favorite holiday. We get two full weeks off from school, we travel to PA to visit family, and I love how "magical" everything looks outside with lights and decorations:) I have just about all my shopping done. The tree is up. Now I just have to find a few things to occupy my time for three weeks til I get another break!
Enter the bootcamp:)
I was looking at our class fitness schedule from the gym. I rarely do because all I have time for is SWEAT. Over Thanksgiving I discovered a new spin instructor's class that was a real challenge and forgot out some "oldie but goodies".
So here's the plan for the next three weeks:
Monday: spin and weights, kickboxing and abs
Tuesday: SWEAT and spin (plus my bootcamp class)
Wednesday: SWEAT and my bootcamp
Thursday: SWEAT and spin
Friday: spin and SWEAT
Saturday: circuit and training my client
Sunday: cardio and stretch/foam roll
Tracking everything I eat....I have gotten a little lazy in this dept:)
I was very spoiled over Thanksgiving and remembered how much I love working out when I want to. So now I just have to work out around school. Hopefully these three weeks will fly!
