blew things out of proportion

  I know how you feel about not being consistent over thanksgiving. I was ok through the holiday but the day after ate a bag of chips which threw me off. Today i did excercise and i only missed yesterday resulting in only ond day of exercise missed since October 18. So i think i blew my setback out of proportion

By the way i only gained a pound considering my inconsistencies. So the damage isnt too bad. I just need to dust myself off and get back into routine. Then i need to tell myself not to give up!!!

    It doesn't sound as though you truly blew it! We all have times when we cave to temptations around food choices & intake.

    For the first Thanksgiving --- in my adult years --- I actually came under in my allotted calories for the day. And for that I am very thankful.
