I tried to finish up the month on a positive note. I was able to run a mile yesterday in 8:59 and another in just over 11 minutes. I also played a little basket ball. Today was strength training and I walked a mile in 14:11. I am committing to walking or running at least one mile per day everyday in month of December.

Her is today's summary:

I completed and tracked 2 cardio exercises and 6 strength exercises at - 20 minutes Walking: 4 mph (15 minutes per mile), 157 calories burned, 2 minutes Jumping Jacks - vigorous, 28 calories burned; Stretching / Flexibility Training (general), Seated Triceps Extension Machine, Seated Pec Deck Machine, Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press, Seated Dumbbell Concentration Curls, Traditional Lat Pulldown Machine
