So I am working my spark people program and doing the water aerobics four times a week which if there are steps ... i include them in the steps I take but as you know the water exercise is not as intense as even just walking. ... So I am doing both... I am afraid to hurt myself so I am resisting anything that involves weights out of the water. Using the water for resistance is like using a weight. lifting my legs to my chest in the water has made all my pants too big and I cannot afford to get more right now so I am taking them in ... a little.
Walked more than 10,000 steps with 59 minutes of it at the most active level.
Am going to lay around like a slug until tomorrow with my cats.
