I've been with Sparkpeople since 2010. Thankful that this website does not ditch someone who keeps falling off the wagon. Once again, around this time of the year, I have the urge to change my life into a healthy one. It is ALWAYS around this time of year.
WEIGHT: I've remained in the 190's since 2010. Maybe the lowest I've reached was 179 or something. I so want to change that number.
FOOD: Today, I started healthy on my brunch. Eating one plate, nicely portioned of broccoli, chicken breast and seasoned rice (turmeric, onion/garlic powder). It was very satisfying!
WORKOUT: I started with walk at home DVD by Leslie Sansone. I did 2 miles and boy was I winded! Felt so good right after. My 2 younger boys joined me so that was a plus.
CLOTHING: My wardrobe is depressing. I'm in the same clothes and style for the past 5 years or so. Yeah, so bad. There's no point of me buying new ones when my weight is still the same.
Hoping for a better me starting today. Looking forward to a more positive journal in the days ahead.
