Post Thankgiving Victories

Started to feel like I was getting sick last night, and I think its for real, YUK! Just a little sore throat. Cant decide if I will try to do my run anyhow, I think I should but dont much feel like it. I usually go around 8 pm so I have plenty of time to get around to it. If I go I will probably take it easy. Just drinking some hot mint tea for now, I will see how I feel later.
Victories: Didnt pig out on Thanksgiving, but it was definitely a higher calorie day. We took a walk around the neighborhood, the new app (on my new phone!!) tracked it to be about a mile. It was a leisurely stroll, but better that sitting on the couch. Then after we got home later on, I did the Turkey Burner Workout. Ok, Burpees are HARD! It called for 30, but I could only suffer through 20. But I gave it a good go, and can at least say 'I did it!' Said NO to a cookie last night at my aunts house, thats a plus. Made it to my women's meeting today. Took a friend out to lunch for her bday after and split an entree with my pal. So lots good going on here. The post was originally titled Post Thanksgiving Blahs, but I think its better than that! Keep sparking!
