December is right around the corner-time for new goals!

Thanksgiving didn't go so bad. I don't think we usually overeat anyway. I ran a 10K that morning (whoot whoot!) and then helped with the meal prep. They ran out of plates so my sis and I ate off of smaller ones. I think that actually helped because we had our turkey, potatoes and salad, and i think the smaller portion made us stop lol
Before the holday, it was a rough week at work, and I have to learn to not give in to the temptation when I am feeling the pressure, or overtired. I went to the gym this morning, had a good lunch and I will continue throught the weekend. I want to get back to my Vulcanism and keep feeling good on through to the next year.
