Wow - the moon and stars lined up just right and the scale moved! Two pounds down this week ~ Woo Hoo!
The survivor caveman attack is working! For the last week of the fall challenge DH and I are going camping - on our boat - in the shop - next to the woodstove. Playing full out and having fun!
The whole game is changing up our lives for the better. I have been limiting my whole wheat for the week. I'm still having cream of wheat, oatmeal or bran once a day. Enjoyed a whole wheat roll and a half on Thanksgiving (Thank you Flo for making WW - they were great!). My fitness minutes have been intense this past week. I have hauled wood every day and ran a bit over 4 miles twice this week on the treadmill. Had to settle for about a four mile hike up and back to MIL's for Turkey dinner, it was too cold out before that to walk the dogs or for us to run outside.
Thanksgiving morning it was 24 degrees when we hiked up the hill. Our phone battery was about gone, but we managed these pictures on our way to DMIL's. We were the only ones out walking in town as far as we saw! Down at the base of our climb. Beautiful morning.
About half way up the hill - a short break to enjoy the view of the bridge.
My Spark Friend, Iowagramma, said of my last blog, seems like you are on top of the world right now! And she's right - I am! Love life and remember - You can't spell CHALLENGE without CHANGE
JDawg - reporting live from the cat cave. Hey Claire, will you please let Diane know the chicken is almost ready. I need to warm my paws here by the fire.
